Shipping policy

In Stock Items

 

Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday on the following business day. Should any item(s) be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.

Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Depending on your shipping destination and the specificity of your order. We offer rapid and secure delivery options :
- Standard Shipping (1 to 5 business days depending on the location): $10, Free for orders over $75
- Express Delivery (+/-2 business days): $25; Free for orders over $150

The exact delivery date including the preparation of your order and shipping will be determined at checkout.

Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

If you require your order by a certain date, please send a message BEFORE you complete your purchase, with your desired date, so we can make sure it is possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though in some cases it may not possible. (Examples for that include an item being out of stock, it falls on a holiday, the item is being customized, or all Bespoke pieces, and if transit time allows it).  If express shipping will be required, any additional shipping charges will be indicated with our reply. You will need to select the required shipping method at checkout.

Print-On-Demand (POD)

Below is a general estimation of Production Time. This time does not include time in transit. Please make note that POD items are not eligible for expedited shipping, and that is not within our control.

1-4 Business Days - keychain, pins, candles, tabletop, 

3-5 Business Days - printed art, coasters, cards

2-8 Business Days - all apparel, accessories, pillows, towels.

We will provide the best estimate from our production partners once your order is placed. 

Once the items are ready ship, please allow for time in transit. Products may all ship separately. Typically products ship USPS or UPS ground. For US locations shipping time is typically 1-4 days. For Canada shipping time can take 5-10 business days due to customs. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
